RESIDENTIAL CLEANING

Initial Home Cleaning is the First-time house cleaning that can take 3-5 hours to clean depending on the size and how much work is involved. This gives us the opportunity to do a deep clean of your home.

• Our Cleaning Service Rates below are simply base/starting rates. The actual rate to clean your home will depend on the square footage and how often you desire to have your home cleaned.​ All rates are based on 4 rooms and a bath unless other wise noted, Additional room rates see below.

1. Initial Home Cleaning: Start at $150.00 for small homes or apartments ( 1000 sq. ft. or under, 4 rooms and a bath), 5 hours max, 1 person rate. See additional person rate or room rate. For larger homes the initial thorough cleaning rate will be higher.
2. Maintenance House Cleaning: Starting rates at $90.00 per cleaning. ( Small Homes ) 3 hours max, 1 person rate. See additional person rate or room rate.
3. Move-in or Move-out Cleaning: Starting rates at $200.00. Add walls and/or windows for additional charge. This is a 4 hour max, 2 person rate. See additional person rate or extra services rate.
4. One Time Thorough House Cleaning: Starting at $240.00, 6 rooms and bath, 8 hour max, 1 person rate. See additional person rate, room rate or extra service rate.
5. Spring / Fall House Cleaning Service: This cleaning service can be customized to fit your needs. The rates depend on the Spring / Fall cleaning service you need. See extra cleaning a la carte rates.
6. Rental Property Cleaning Service: The average rates start at $120.00 for a small one bedroom, one bath apartment. This includes inside refrigerator / Oven, Cabinets and inside Windows. Max 4 hours, 1 person rate. See additional person rate or room rate.

Each Additional Hour: $30.00 per hour added to final billing

Each Additional Person: $25.00 per hour added to final billing

Each Additional Room: $20.00 per room same as basics ( 4 rooms and a bath )
